Hospital San Javier has a team of specialist physicians in different fields of medicine. Certifications are granted to physicians who meet the requirements of quality and training, and wish to be part of the great San Javier Family, committed to provide quality medical services with a hospitable attitude.
In order to be part of this family as an associate physician all you need is submit the following documents at the Physician’s Service Office.
- Application Letter
- Curriculum Vitae
- Medical Doctor Degree
- Specialization Degree
- Copy of Professional License
- Specialization License
- Copy of Federal Taxpayer Registration or C.U.R.P.
- Certification by the Specialty Board
- 2 photographs, either 2.5 x 3 cm or 3.5 x 4.5 cm
Once you have submitted the required information, you will be given a temporary control code as your file is sent to the relevant specialty committee for review.
As soon as the committee gives clearance, you will be given a definitive code and an ID-Card specifying that you are an associate physician of Hospital San Javier.
Therefore, as a physician, you are given the opportunity to use the facilities of Hospital San Javier and commit to observe and respect the internal regulations thereof.
In the event you do not meet any of the requirements, please provide a document to replace it. For example, for physicians who have just obtained their degree and do not have the certification of the Specialty Board, a period will be granted as of the application date to obtain it.
